We know the historical backdrop of Punjab and the ascent of radicalism there… we realize how powers across the boundary exploit the circumstance to make an environment of vulnerability. It is these powers that are the greatest danger to the country. Congress should ensure that they stay joined together. On the off chance that someone has an issue, it must be talked about,” Sibal said.
