The third wave of Covid-19 pandemic has hit Delhi and the city is relied upon to record 10,000 new cases on Wednesday with positivity rate of 10%, city Health Minister Satyendar Jain said.

The minister likewise said that main 300-400 examples are being sent for genome sequencing now as sequencing of all examples is unimaginable.

Testing for Covid-19 has been expanded and around 90,000 tests have been directed on Tuesday, he said.

The regional government has actuated a Covid-19 war room which will keep up with locale and emergency clinic shrewd information about bed inhabitance, patients, oxygen and so forth, Jain added.
