Maharashtra’s deputy chief minister serve Ajit Pawar indicated on Saturday that Pune was probably going to get a few relaxations from Covid regulation estimates starting Monday according to a choice taken in the week after week Covid audit meeting. He added that an official choice will be taken after a clerical gathering on Monday post meetings with boss priest Uddhav Thackeray.

“In the Covid survey meeting there was [a] agreement to give a few relaxations from Monday, for example, increment [the] timing of shops’ [operation hours] till 7 pm. I will direct a gathering on Monday in Mantralaya. I will converse with the CM too. A positive choice will be taken for shops and limitations on ends of the week,” said Pawar.

Pawar said there was merit in considering the interest for relaxations, for example, allowing shops to open for more since these standards were being mocked regardless.

The Pune division on Friday revealed 2,371 new Covid-19 cases and 36 passings.
