A day after the Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) reported “Mission Uttar Pradesh” asking citizens in the survey bound state to “rebuff” the BJP for reneging on its vows to ranchers, Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Narendra Singh Tomar today said in the Rajya Sabha that the public authority was focused on shaping a board of trustees on the MSP.
