Bengaluru: Former Karnataka boss clergyman BS Yediyurappa Sunday asked Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai to pull out his request to give him bureau rank status.
“I ask you to offer me just those offices which are being produced to previous boss clergyman and pull out the request giving me a bureau rank,” Yediyurappa in his letter to Bommai, which was published to the media.
Bommai on Saturday gave a request expressing that BS Yediyurappa will keep on getting government offices comparable to bureau rank clergymen.
The request expressed that he would stay the recipient of bureau rank offices like same compensation, government vehicle, official convenience, until Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai is in office.
Yediyurappa had surrendered on 26 July, which corresponded with the culmination of his two years’ term in the workplace.
A day after his acquiescence, Yediyurappa had proposed Bommai’s name as the pioneer at the BJP lawmaking body party meet and was as needs be acknowledged by all. On 28 July, Bommai made vow as the new Chief Minister.
