In the joint appeal, the applicants’ dispute was that they are infatuated with one another and are living respectively on their own will. Notwithstanding, their relationship was not being acknowledged by a portion of their relatives and they were upsetting their serene living.

Throughout hearing, the candidate, Shifa Hasan submitted under the steady gaze of the court that she had additionally recorded an application for transformation from Muslim to Hindu religion.

As per her, on the said application, the locale justice had required a report from the police headquarters concerned.

According to the report, the kid’s dad was not pleasing to the marriage however his mom was prepared for something very similar. The two guardians of Hasan were against the marriage.
